One hole faucet…most faucets have built-in pull-out spray feature and a soap dispenser that you have to get down on your hands/knees and reach behind the sink to fill is not a good option!

Thanks Susan! That's what I'm strongly leaning towards. I have a soap dispenser now and have NEVER used it, not even once.

I really like the look of the one I included a pic of earlier. I know they also make fairly similar ones that allow you to rotate the faucet, but those have that "coily" look that I don't love. I'm not sure how important it is to be able to rotate the faucet, especially since most faucets come wtih a pull-down/"hose" that lets you aim the water wherever you want. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on that.

I also am trying to find one that shoots the water at a slight angle (not straight down), so that the water aims close to the middle of the sink. I believe the one I included a pic of earlier does that.

You don't have to do the down on hands and knees with a Never MT - it is instead of the small bottle and you have a line to a giant bottle of detergent in the sink cabinet. When you run out you swap out the bottle.

Where else would you keep the soap?

Also my garbage disposal has one of those air switches instead of a switch on the wall and it is much sleeker and easier to access.

Definitely a one hole faucet with one handle to adjust water temperature and a built in pull down sprayer.

Mine is a Kohler Artifact which I bought after reading positive reviews on this forum. The spray attachment has three setting which comes in handy when you don't need to super intense spray to wash berries for example.

My cabinet hardware is simular to yours. I also gave the white shaker and white/gray vein quartz. I bought a moen faucet from Lowes. I like it. it has a good reach but it is light wieght feeling.

I think I really like this one. The reviews are great and the price isn't awful! Very slightly concerned that my pulls are "satin nickel" and the faucet is "brushed stainless," but seems to be very close. Kohler has some options in brushed nickel/polished nickel, but they are all hideous lol

That faucet handle would be a no for me, no much to grab.

They all seem to have small handles in that style.

Also thinking this one. I like that it's at a slight angle so more water in the center of the sink (as opposed to pointing straight down). The Kohler lady recommended this one to me too come to think of it:

Yes, the type I was referring to was from a prior home built in the 90’s!! 😀 Glad there has been innovation! That being said…I like my glass soap dispenser…I can see when it needs refilled and I like the way it looks!

The handle you are showing actually looks like it is polished nickel. It is slightly different than tone than a chrome would be. If you look at brushed or satin nickel faucets they will look like the stainless of you appliances more than the tone of a true nickel handle - it is a slight difference.

Brizo has faucets that are the tone of the nickel and are an excellent quality.

I would also do one hole and skip the others.

Debbi mentioned Brizo - I found this one (https://www.brizo.com/kitchen/product/63075LF-SSLHP), which I like, but they don't have it in brushed nickel, just polished nickel. My pulls are satin/brushed nickel, so they don't have that shiny "reflection" finish.

So I am down to two finalists. I am only getting a single hole, no soap dispenser, and garbage disposal button will either be on the wall or batch feed/twist top drain cover (no hole in quartz for this).

Here are the two I'm stuck between. The Kohler one is much more reasonably priced at $400 after the current discount, and I know Kohler is a very good brand (have used them before, good customer service in my experience). I took a pull sample to local store, and the satin nickel pulls I have aren't an exact match to Kohler's "vibrant stainless," but they're close enough and the sink faucet will match the stainless of my appliance handles at least (my appliance handles are brushed stainless).

The Elkay one (in brushed nickel) is bananas price-wise lol at $1872. However, I can get it locally for $1250 with a discount (still a lot more than I wanted to spend). I believe the brushed nickel color will more closely match the pulls (since it's actually brushed nickel, which I think is the same as satin nickel), and I also really like the design of this one too. Unlike the Kohler, this shoots water at a slight angle, so it will go more in center of sink. But someone told me you actually don't necessarily want that, as it will splash more this way. From what I gather, while Kohler is very good, Elkway is top of the line (which I don't necessarily need).

Basically it's really hard to find nice options in brushed/satin nickel that aren't bonkers price-wise it seems.

Ok guys, please help me decide between the two finalists! Part of me wonders about ordering both (since Kohler's sale ends soon, and the other I can get on sale), and then returning whichever one I don't want. The Kohler I saw in person, not sure I can view the Elkay one anywhere.

I never look beyond Delta & Moen for faucets. Reliable & parts are widely available locally.

Replaced my sink last spring and had planned to reuse my old Delta faucet but it would not work with the new sink.

So had an immediate need for a new faucet that day so I was limited to locally available options. Chose the Moen Adler in the spot resist stainless finish.

I wanted something streamlined, modern, minimal nooks & crannies & not huge. The Adler ticked all those boxes---smidge over 14" tall (vs your Kohler choice at over 17" and the Elkay which is almost 19").

The spot resist brushed stainless finish is truly spot resistant.

Also very easy to install. I think a 7 year old could install & I know a 10 year old could.

We have back to back sinks in our island and we got these from Kraus they come in stainless, chrome or like this one we got since our counter is silid black We have had them now for 8 months and I live them they function perfectly have a great spray and you can mout either straight into the counter or add the base . As for a soap dispenser I hvae never seen one yet that functions for a long time , just get a nice stainless one it can sit on the counter and when it dies no big deal get another one

We are in the same process and I am only doing one hole for the faucet. For me it’s what I like best.

I think I lean towards the Kohler for the price. How important is it that the faucet matches the cab pulls? My cab pulls are satin nickel and the Kohler faucet is brushed stainless. They seem close in person when I tested in store, but are a bit different. The faucet should match the brushed stainless appliance handles at least.

The crazy expensive Elkay would likely match the satin nickel pulls as that faucet is brushed nickel. I can’t seem to find one in the style I like (like the Kohler) that matches the pulls exactly lol. Although the Elkay one might be too big at almost 19”.

Maybe I just take the Kohler and call it a day. It’s a good brand and a good enough color match.

I have a Kohler Crue in a different finish. Very pleased with it, but it’s a faucet. Not a whole heck of a lot to get excited about. I would not worry about being matchy matchy with hardware since your faucet is not right next to it. Yes, you want it to be complementary and in the same family but you don’t need a perfect match.
