Excessive Drywall Corner Cracking

leftontheinside

Hello Houzz,

We have built in the past and have experienced a few hairline cracks in the drywall. Seems the most common reason is seasonal changes.

With our most recent build almost every single corner in the house has a hairline crack which amounts to a 100+ repairs under our one time drywall fix at the close of 1 year.

The humidity has remained steady 30% to 40% over winter and the building envelope technically went through a winter prior to being drywalled Spring 2021.

How do I go about ensuring there isn't another issue going on beyond seasonal cracking? And is there a request I should put in for the method of troubleshooting and repairing?

My main concern is that they'll force in a little mud and call it day.
