Does mirrored medicine cabinet with LED light need extra light?

I am remodeling my master bath, which has the following measurements: 121.2" L x 77.5" W x 95" H.

I will use a 73" (top measurement) double sink vanity on the 77.5" wall. The sinks are 17.5" long, and the space from the sink to the end of the top is 7".

I would like to use a recessed mirrored medicine cabinet on top of each sink, with sconces on each outside side of the mirror and one in the center, between the two mirrors. I saw a 24"W x 30"L mirror with LED lights on the front. The only other light in the bathroom is inside the shower, which is on the opposite side of the vanity, running open (with glass) the whole 77.5" wall.

My questions are:

A) Will the outside sconces be too tight between the mirror and side wall?

B) Should I use a light fixture above the mirrors, instead of the side sconces?

C) Am I going to need light fixtures, if I use the mirrored medicine cabinets with the LED light? Remember that the only other light in the bathroom is on the opposite wall (shower light) .

Thank you!
