Would like to add to Laurie Brasnett's observations some specs regarding both units. The largest LeMans II which is the model "60" requires a 22 1/4" minimum cabinet opening for frameless cabinets while the Magic Corner requires only 20 1/2" which could make a difference for some users designing the space. The shelf capacity is what may be the deciding factor for me. Each shelf of the LeMans II in the version "60" has a 55-pound capacity. This is much lower than you would see with drawers utilizing hardware slides rated for 75 or 100 pounds, but it is still better than the Magic Corner that has a rating of 22 pounds for each of the front shelves and 17 pounds for each of the back shelves. All total, the LeMans holds more. Many of the advertising photos show heavy items on these blind corner units, but it would be wise for the user to rather place bulky but lightweight items to utilize the space yet not overextend the weight capacity. For instance, think large plastic storage containers or aluminum baking pans. Small items don't do well with these units as they tend to fall off. Save your heavy appliances for a sturdier storage area. For anyone leaning toward the LeMans, I would highly recommend going with the larger model "60" unit. It is shaped better for greater capacity than any of the smaller ones, yet the additional cabinet door opening required compared to the smaller models is minimal. If you are specifying one of these units for a new cabinet order, be sure the cabinet maker quotes the price of the unit to you in line item format, as you may find it several hundred dollars less expensive to purchase online and install the unit yourself. It is my observation that anyone who has both sides of a blind corner cabinet run available would do better with a Lazy Susan or multi-tiered Super Susan design. These other blind corner units simply don't hold as much weight, but they are a reasonable solution for someone who has only one side of a blind corner accessible.

I first ordered a sq ft to see how it would look - came VERY fast. Tried another but didn't like it and called back to see if they still had the first. To my total amazement, they knew what batch my samples were from and they had plenty. If you are ordering very many, the come by freight to save cost and prevent damage. The only downside is that like all freight shipments, it's curbside delivery and the boxes are shrink wrapped on a palate. I solved that by having them shipped to the kitchen cabinet store. I ordered them late last Thurs afternoon and they arrived from NJ to KY on Tues! Jacquie, who answers the phone is a delight to work with! Great selection, great prices, fast delivery...how often do you hear those words in the same sentence as "tile"!

#2 is a real palace. The others are more on the McMansion side. My stepmother grew up in a mansion nicer than all the other pictures, with the exception of #5 of course (the Vanderbilt mansion is just a tad bigger). What you see as "wealthy" can all be relative. Let's be thankful everyday for what we have.

We are in lockdown, not quarantine. Quarantine is much stricter. Like the Australian system where you are shut in a hotel room for ten days. Meals left at the door. We are allowed outdoor exercise once a day which is basically walking, running, cycling etc. in parks or countryside. You are not supposed to drive to exercise. It should be from your front door. All sports facilities and clubs are closed. You could ride if you have your own horse and stable I imagine but all shared facilities are closed. All non essential shops are shut as are all cafes, bars and restaurants.
