What do I do about flooring issue? Termite damage to floor jacking

We bought a fixer upper! 2300 sq ft ranch. It’s on an acre in a wonderful location in a town highly sought after for its school. It is built on a slight slope and has two stairs dividing the main living area and the bedrooms. There is minimal mold because the foundation is up quite a bit off the ground. However, termites had gathered in ne corner (where the mold is concentrated at as well prob due to an interior retaining wall) the damage completely destroyed 8 to 10 foot of the exterior wall rim joist and sill plate along with joist damage and subfloor in this area… also minor damage to end of the house. The rest of the house is fine or has been fixed well, passing inspection. i asked my termite guy if he’d buy the house and he said yes that once it’s fixed it'll be a great house. two contractors and $3,400 later it’s still not fixed. The first guy lied about what he had done vs what was in the signed contract. He was recommended by our realtor. The second was recommended by our banker and is a foundation/termite repair specialist from a bigger town about an hour away, they were not much better. They worked all day and jacked up the house so much that 3 newly set doors won’t close, a window cracked and plenty of places in the walls have stress cracks. The floor is now humped up in the middle of the bedroom (they were actually more level when we bought the house). There is a new pier under this exact spot. Air is coming in the sides by the wall in this room and the corner has a stress crack through to our master bedr, that room is done (well was). also, they left an area of about 3 feet that spans that room which they did not repair. the subloor has mold underneath in this area.

they said it didn't need removed they would treat it… but you can put your hand down the seam and knock the subloor out and create a hole open to under the house. they worked on it till 9 in the evening and i just wanted them to go so we paid them and found problems later that night. also under my house is litered with trash and debri… they didnt even pour concrete foundations for the piers to rest on. ive looked up structural engineers and cant find one to close or to call back. Having someone call you back is so hard right now… weve been waiting for a month for our new contractor to free up time meanwhile carpet guys and counter guys have been patient. i dont know who to hire and if i can trust anyone. i feel these so called professionals are ruining my house and costing me more $ in the long run. What do i do? no one seems to want to work or when they do they don’t do it right. The second company seemed so good.
