Hot Water Baseboard Heat in Bathroom - Options?

My son just bought his first home in the Boston area, and it has hot water baseboard heat. The upstairs bath needs to be updated We think/hope there is hidden space to gain a few feet of floor space on the exterior wall - the roof is a gambrel/barn style and there would ve a slope to the top section but it still might be useful since the room is currently only 6' wide.If he does this, the baseboard heat will need to be moved. Since the baseboard takes up valuable wall space, I'm wondering about the feasibility of adding floor heat (hot water) instead of the baseboard.Does anyone have any thoughts on whether this would be feasible and how costly it would be given there is already a hookup for the hoot water baseboard? The room now is 12 x 6 with a tub at one end. There are no windows now but he really wants to add one - or a skylight.
