Yes you could be right.They have moved thing into different groups and I being stubborn,always forgets to change the name.It will always be a Laelia to me,even tho its in the Cattleya alliance. If you go to the Santa Barbara Orchid Estate's web page its still under Laelia.

Thank you all.

Kate,they are bay area hardy. I'm not sure if that goes inland to where 20's are almost every year,but in the bay area in those years it's never shown any problems with winter cold.
