Kswl, so grateful to see the full update (and totally understand deleting some later).

What an ordeal for you both. I know it’s emotionally and physically exhausting. I’m so glad he’s now on a solid path and especially that you both feel good with the latest decisions. Being comfortable and confident with the team and facility involved is so very important in all this.

You have so much on your plate, I hope you are getting the rest and self-care you need, too. This is hard enough, but even more so during the holidays.

Thank you so much for the update. Its reassuring to know how capable the two of you are in assessing and understanding your options. Glad you have found excellent care close to home. I’m one who has traversed the country for health care and though it paid off it’s certainly very disruptive.

Sending warm, positive thoughts for successful surgery. It was a gutsy move to not accept the first treatment plan, even from the renowned Johns Hopkins. Good for him.

So glad he will be reasonably close to home and with a plan that feels proactive and more optimistic. Holiday decorating and such can be minimal so that you have more breathing time and less stress.
