Comments (42)I get some things already mentioned like the white balsamic vinegar, chocolate chips, cereal & the tall bottle of pure maple syrup (it is a good deal but we have to use one half shelf in the fridg just to store it). I also get the mulitgrain baking mix that I use for pancakes, occasionally the cornbread mix, dried fruit, coconut oil since I read about it on here, some herbs & spices. I love their moisturizing cream in the white pump bottle with the hot pink label. Tried their toothpaste, but the kids & husband don't like it. Their graham crackers, BBQ sauce & honey wheat pretzels, as they don't have high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. My son likes the red pepper spread with eggplant & garlic....See MoreFinally Sleeping
Comments (8)Hi Missy - re waking up soaking wet. Yes I'm getting to see this is complicated/different for so many: thanks for your response. This sweating in sleep has been happening for a about 8-9 months, which I suppose is a relatively short time. Just seems long! I hate seeing doctors but did go to a new doc who checked my (older) records and said, I don't know how you have been surviving and joked that I need to go to my neighbour an borrow a cup of estrogen as level was extremely low. This was about a week and a half ago. Today I just woke up from my first normal sleep (long nap- schedule still screwed up) in all these months. Yeah!! I have also recently replaced the overhead bedroom light with a nice quiet fan (with light) which might be helping too. I'm going to look for a cool pillow to use before the sweats. Now just hoping the side effects of the estrogen supplements are going to subside. Makes me too sick still to take more than a third of the prescribed dose....See MoreWalking Dead season finale tonight
Comments (12)I've been told that Maggie will become the leader because Rick has a breakdown, which we saw coming in last nights show. He lost complete control and realized he lead his group to a slaughter. According to the comics (which I've never read but my Fed Ex driver has.. lol), Glen dies, Maggie cuts her hair and takes control of the group. I'm in a FB group and a lot of people believe Aaron is the one who dies.. The show didn't really focus on him and while his character did grow since the group took over the compound, he's expendable. The writers are really playing mind games with the fans. There are so many different endings for this. Even the actors don't know who Negan kills. They won't find out until they start filming the next season. How else could they possible keep this secret for six months?...See MoreHome sleep study tonight, so much fun....not
Comments (20)You get used to the noise. It beats dying. I use a nasal pillow as well. The system usually pushes the big masks. We sent off for the nasal pillows on our own for convenience. You can sleep on your side or stomach. I thought they would not work for me but they did. I have Bipap which is a more complex machine that responds to your breathing. I had severe apnea not based on the usual things. I have my own pulse Oximeter that my DH got for me so I can tell if the machine is working as it should. It has the finger sensor and produces a complex test result that my sleep therapy people say is useful to them. Sleep apnea is a serious problem and you can easily die. Not a joke....See More- 4 years ago
