Flooring Design Dilemma Kitchens

LVP flooring for light maple cabinets

Hi am looking for suggestions on color/brand of LVP flooring to go with light maple cabinets. I would like the floor to be light colored, not too yellow. I am learning toward Paradigm conquest estate, tower and Coretec Hayes oak LVP. Attached are pics of my kitchen and living room. The cabinets are what is making this such a hard choice. Most kitchens now have white cabinets and I might paint them white eventually but I would like to get a floor now with the existing cabinets. I am having a very hard time finding color that won't make the house too yellow, too rustic. I prefer to keep it looking it nice and bright and modern. Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

First chang eall the bulbs to LED 4000K that will eleiminate all the yellow from the lighting . How do feel about darker floors ? I think I need a bit more info but that flooring has what appears to me to be a lot of gray and not at all a good look with maple and the Paradigm is too uch like the maple but you missed matching.How about the Clear Lake from Coretec it is definately darker but I think it might work and just use a lighter area rug for your dark furniture

I too think perhaps you should go with a floor with a medium color range. That is unless you feel you need to really lighten things up a lot.

How about Ikea's butcherblock? It's super affordable and you could do a darker color (beech, stained... or their oak is actually really nice) to contrast with your maple floors: Here's a kitchen with wood floors, butcherblock on the island and it looks like soapstone perimeters:

Hello, Have you considered using porcelain wood look tiles? Porcelain tile is a type of ceramic tile that is characterized by being stronger, harder, and even more water-resistant than ordinary ceramics. Will be great in the kitchen since they are lower maintenance and more water resistance than LVP. These wood looking tiles comes in many different colours now, so it shouldn't be a problem to find something that will match you existing real wood flooring in the other two rooms! Hope this help!

I have to comment on your chairs... pressed back oak, turn of the century. The table is a reproduction. Try and find an antique, round oak, pedestal table to compliment the chairs. As for hardwood floors, my suggestion is to get Hickory , saddle stain. The different values of color with Hickory make it so easy to blend in with other woods. I have a suggestion for the brand as I have it in my home and have used it with clients. Homerwood.

A medium floor would look fabulous. i have maple with a natural stain on cabinets and early american stain on my oak floors. My kitchen isn’t finished and we’re moving in tomorrow. I doubt I’ll have time to post photos for weeks.
