For what it's worth, we chose Hot Spring Stones for my daughter's room, as she wanted the greige too. It's more beige than gray. It's the lightest one on a three color chip, but you could always have them lighten it up a bit. I painted a revere pewter sample on our bedroom wall, and it's very light. In my daughter's room, it's darker, with a bluish undertone depending on the time of day - too gray and drab. Many of the grays are going to have the blue undertone, and many that lean more toward beige are going to have that rosy undertone! The Revere Pewter was much prettier in my room. But, my husband vetoed it, adamant about wanting a more true blue in there. Good luck.

Karen - I am wondering if you did decide to use the light sconce you are asking about here - Bath and Spa 1-Light Vanity, 570-1C-WHT, Medium. I am considering this light for our bathroom renovation - one on each side of our vanity mirror. But I'm concerned it might not give off adequate light there - perhaps the heavy shade blocks the light more than would be appropriate for this situation. If you've been using this light yourself, perhaps you can tell me your thoughts about it.

I am replacing the current vanity with one with 3 drawers. Still deciding on a small cabinet over the toilet that matches the vanity, 18" wide with 2 closed shelves, one open one. There's only 50" from wall to wall. 25" for the vanity is the biggest I can do. I guess I could do 28, but that would need to be special ordered. I think it would be too tight. The other 25" is for the toilet and room for a waste basket. I have a pocket door into the bathroom to give me more room to walk around in the bathroom. Best thing I ever did about 15 years ago. Most of the lighting fixtures I like are 3000K which I think will be fine, warmer I know. But I don't do my makeup in the bathroom. I've been reading more about LED lights and bathrooms probably too much now.
