I posted this question before too but at that time it looked like sunflower as someone told me.
When did you ask about this plant before? It looks dwarfed, and the flower is malformed, maybe due to too much shade, or very late in the season germination. The stem and leaves look like Helianthus anuus. The disk flowers could be yellow, instead of brown, because of the malformed flower. If you don't think it's the annual sunflower, then submit a photo of the back side of the flower, (involucre).
It reminds me of a common sunflower, too.

Agree with sunflower. The leaves are the best clue in this pic, and the fuzzy stem, IMVHO.
It is like flowers often look like on the side shoots of the plant.
