Why Eggplant Leaves Turning Yellow?

R D

I grow eggplants every year in different beds. The plants grow fine, and give out a lot of fruits. But the only problem is that the leaves (especially from lower to upper) turn and very slowly die (or maybe they don't die, just weaken). These are not just lower leaves that are in the shade. Even the ones that see sunlight turn yellow. I don't understand why it does this. The holes are caused by Japanese beetles.
