Help!! Gazebo anchoring job gone wrong- What to do??

Recently had a paver patio installed and even had the foresight to have concrete footers installed in the appropriate area under the pavers given measurements for a gazebo I had in mind. Think 2.5 inch pavers + 1 inch of sand, followed by the concrete footer underneath.
Fast forward 6 months to the present time and finally got the gazebo kit and hired a handyman to install. The decision was made to use 5 inch wedge anchors to bolt down the frame. This turned out to be way too short and the wedge anchors didn’t catch into the concrete, and are only catching on the pavers, so can’t be pulled out. Not an ideal situation, especially given we have the footers installed. What seems like my best option:

  1. keep in the existing position and assume anchoring in the patio paver is sufficient? (Pavers are held together with polymeric sand; each post has 4 bolts; top of the bolts would have to be cut to look finish)

  2. cut the existing bolts and move over the entire structure couple of inches, and then re-drill for longer bolts, eg 10 inch so we can anchor in concrete? ( is moving 2 inches enough? Will the additional holes cause the pavers to crack?)

  3. other thoughts?

We haven’t finished framing the gazebo which is 12 x 20 and will have a roof so will need to be bolted down well. Couple pictures attached
