Sub-Zero French Door flipper seal hitting/bent?

We recently had a 36" Sub-Zero French Door fridge installed. We noticed that when we close the left-hand door, the "flipper seal" (I believe this is what they call it - the flap that hinges to seal between the doors) was hitting the right hand door as it closed. The installers came back and leveled the doors carefully but they still hit. We had the authorized service come out, they diagnosed that the flipper was bent, and brought in a replacement. The replacement was straight, they installed it, and all seemed good. But now just a day later, the new flipper appears bent, and it's hitting the door again as it closes.

Is this just normal? If not, has anyone else experienced this? I will contact Sub-Zero, but I'm really wondering if there's something obvious I am missing.
