Comments (3)Monarda citriodora has a couple of subspecies. M. citriodora subsp. citriodora has more of lemon/citrus aroma. M. citriodora subsp. austromontana, native to the southwest and western Mexico is sometimes called oregano and is used as a substitute for oregano or thyme. Both subspecies are high in thymol. Comments (14)5 looks like a creeping Verbena to me, 7 looks like a silver or variegated thyme (thus the reason we need larger photos) and I agree that 6 looks like alyssum, 8 like rosemary, 3 like chive, and 4 petunia. One and two don't look like culinary herbs to me - perhaps purple and white alyssum? Comments (4)Imo this is very likely Hypericum perforatum. The basal foliage is not the same as that on flowering stems. The plant is not erect and multi stemmed in the early stages. It has a creeping habit....See Moremtnrdredux_gw
