Sliding Patio Doors all around 3 season room?

Hi everyone, we're looking to convert part of our old deck to a 3 season room. Our contractor recommended using sliding patio doors all around the perimeter of the room since they can be pretty cost effective large windows (you can get pella sliders ~$300/each at Lowes). Part of the room will open to an uncovered area of the deck while the rest of the windows will need external railings for safety (they're around 6-10 feet above the ground).

It seems like this plan would give decent insulation, and would be able to be opened to give around 50% screening for letting in the breeze. Are there any thoughts on this plan vs the typical eze breeze aluminum/vinyl windows I see many doing on here? I realize those would open a bit more (75% screening), but they don't provide much/any insulating value and would also need the external railing outside, and cost much more (considering area coverage of the wall space).

Have any of you gone this route with all sliding doors for your enclosed deck/patio area?

Thanks in advance!
