Here’s another chance to get one, if you already have one, please don’t put in your name. I’m not sure how many days I will leave this open, but at least a few days. And then my grandkids, 6 and 10 will draw #’s. I will give away 6 bags this time. I’ve given away about 40 this past week to nurses and physical therapists. I’m going to start making them for my niece’s wedding shower, so don’t know when I will do another give away! Here’s a pic of the ones I’m giving away.
A couple I have 2 of and that is the only blue one I have, but have some blue fabric and can whip up a surprise blue if someone wants. And yes, I do mail to Canada!

Comments (5)Trish, so you had a rootball that you stuck in water, right? I won't have that, but I don't think it will matter since the roots will still be in water. Cutting the tops that short makes sense. I haven't planted any bare root roses, but I've been planting daylilies where you make a cone of soil and lay the roots around the cone. Does that sound like a good plan? Don't know for sure if she has a bed ready to receive the rose. But at least if I do it this way, she can pot her up properly when she gets her home. I guess the roses that were moved to your house included Teas? Did you cut them back immediately before digging them up? Did you root prune some time before the actual move? Thanks!! Comments (22)Thanks for the heads up. I used to get bags of if when I was working for a auto pts. mfg. co. Had coffee machines all over the offices and factory and I had the maintenance people save them for me. Got about 2 bushels a week. But have been retired for 23 yrs now, and I drink only instance coffee. Max is 2 cups a day. Comments (46)Stacie, you posted about the sippy cup episode on the Cooking forum back in November, so your MIL's recent behavior shouldn't come as a shocking new development. It's unfortunate you lost so many precious things, but I'm glad to see you recovered the social security cards. You and your husband know the issue, so you either figure out how to control it, or you adopt preventative measures to live with it. You've gotten a lot of good suggestions here and I hope you find some of them helpful. Either way, the real concern is the safety of your children. I'm glad to see you removed the satellite photo with your exact street address from your website. However your accuweather.com link still shows your town and of course your last name is posted on your website. Along with all those adorable photos of your kids and their names. I know how much fun it can be to have your kids and family photos on a public website, but consider the possibilities, particularily with 3 known sex offenders living in your small town. Even in a population of 473, you just can't be too careful. And if I remember correctly, you recently posted a lengthy post about your brother being an alcoholic and your concerns about your daughter and his possible sexual abuse. I'm very glad to see you are getting locks on your doors to protect your home and children. Please take another look at your website and consider any other personal information that might not be in the best interests of your family to publish on the world wide net.
