My husband and I are deciding on colors for our kitchen renovation. It is a SE facing kitchen with red oak floors with a gray stain. The countertops that we purchased are Mysterio Quartz and I really would like to do BM Simply White walls and kitchen cabinets (different finishes). I'm a little worried that the Simply White will look yellow with the sunlight or the countertops. Does anyone have any thoughts?

We are potentially making the island a natural wood look (same countertops), but we have to see if we can sand it down first. If not, it will be a white island as well. All hardware will be black.

Does anyone also have any suggestions for a backsplash? We can't decide between gray or white tile.
