Diamond cabinetry

I have been trying to find out about different series/line of cabinets that Diamond offers. There are some posts on Houzz where people have talked about there different lines, an entry level available through Lowes etc. and other upgraded lines. However, on their website I can't find information on their various lines.

There 3 it seems under our products vibe, distinction etc. Then look under resources

This is the 3 lines they sell at Lowe's. Prelude being the line with the fewest styles/choices. Reflections is the middle tier one and Intrigue their top line.

Hello, We are installing Diamond Prelude cabinets as I write. So far, so good. I've seen several reviews about unhappy customers but ours are looking like really good, solid cabinets. We are having an issue with pantry however. It came with no assembly instructions. It is mostly assembled but there is an additional bottom peice that is not attached. It is a box so the pantry sits off the floor, but the box is not the same size as the pantry? Does it go centered under pantry? How should my husband attach?

@HU-50248401 How does designing and ordering cabinetry with a virtual designer actually work? Have you seen door samples? Did the designer go to your house to measure? Do you see a sample of your door style and finish? Is Lowe's installing your cabinetry? This seems to be another cost cutting strategy that big box stores are implementing. I have been to two Home Depots in the past week and neither has an in-store emplyee to design and order say, Kraftmaid or any other brand. No door samples, no fake kitchen displays of new cabinets, no countertop displays... just small displays set up to promote the refacing of old cabinets.

I was going to use IKEA until I heard about all of the delays in getting their cabinets. Instead I am having my frameless cabinets (natural finish maple) truly custom made. If going that route, I suspect you'd be looking at a total price that is comparable to doing IKEA boxes and Semihandmade or Scherr's doors.

The series at Lowes have different names. These don't show up on Diamonds regular website -https://www.diamondcabinets.com/

I went to a Dixiline store in San Diego where the sales person told me about Diamond's distinction line. Not sure how do they compare with Intrigue or Prelude etc.

I tried the intrigue for my own project and was very disappointed. Go very top of the line at the minimum.

have had good results with their cabinets, although I think it was Prelude last time...
