Marcolo - I love the faucet in every way but these two ways: a) there's a slight jiggle which I'm told is normal (back to front jiggle, if that makes sense). It's minimal and doesn't affect how it functions but after two other faucets first, I realized I had to stop being so picky. There are also ways to make it tighter but it would involve some monkeying (e.g. replace some inside part with another part). b) the levers are 99% straight but I want them 100% straight. A plumber happened to be over today and darn it if I didn't forget to ask him to try straightening them out. But in the past - with a past faucet of the same type from them - they were a bit off in another direction. And yet the guy whose kitchen inspired me and who I managed to contact had neither of these issues. I'm hoping that too can be monkeyed with but it might have those grooves (?) which after moving to the next one might make it too far the other direction - who knows. I can make them straight (pointing straight down in the off position) but the left side isn't 100% turned all the way as far as it will go (still no dripping though which is good). What I love about it is that it's powerful; if you pop the spout up it sprays and if you have it down, it does the usual thing. I love that it's not so powerful that it sprays you all over and yet still sprays you enough (due to being so tall - as all good-quality faucets do when they're tall) that I usually keep in in the shower position in which case it doesn't spray you at all. I love how unique it is and how no one ever notices how camouflaged it is - how you just pull the camouflaged hose off the top of the neck and spray all over your sink for better cleaning (or into a coffee pot). I love that it's the ONLY wall-mounted, traditional looking, gooseneck faucet that offers a built-in sprayer with no holes being cut into one's countertop. I love the choice of levers/handles/wheels (stainless, white with think silver stripe or black with thin silver stripe) - they look very elegant. And lastly, I love the solid stainless steel, polished. Looks very warm - almost like nickel - and is stunning to look at. So if we were talking stars, I'd give it a 4.5 or so out of 5. Customer service is good, too. How's that? Did I leave anything out? :)

(she and I are twins) It's true, I have pure white cabinetry (with no undertones of yellow, grey, blue, green, pink, etc. -- pure white), white calacatta countertops / backsplash and polished nickel pulls / knobs. I like chrome as well, but I love the warmth in the nickel (that yellow-y undertone). My kitchen is an interior room with the only windows in the breakfast portion at one end; those windows are north facing, so they never, ever receive direct sunlight. I LOVE a creamy kitchen but knew it would be ugly and drab in our no-natural-light kitchen. We tried sample after sample (after sample after sample), trying to find a creamy white and then a white white which would be bright and cheerful without looking forced and artificial. I'm one of those who feels blue in the winter, so I knew I needed as much brightness as possible. That's how we came to our white color. I have absolutely no doubt that our white in another kitchen would read "wrong," but in our kitchen it's perfect for our space and my mood! Even before I'd chosen the color of the cabinetry I knew I wanted polished nickel because of its warmth. I am a sucker for silver and have silver all over the house -- frames, bowls, trays, candlesticks, goblets, magnifying glasses, nutcrackers, objets -- I totally love it! I even love polishing it. But let's face it, not only could I not afford sterling hardware I'd be insane to do it -- it's just too much work! But I got that beautiful warmth from the nickel and I don't regret how hard it was to find polished nickel appliance pulls. Absolutely chrome would've worked in our kitchen as well, but the nickel is what we have and I'm grateful for it. I like mixing up metals. Visually more interesting. I have a display in my front window that has RUST hardware on the light alder cabinets, stainless steel range and a chrome pot filler. No one ever notices this until I point it out. If everything was SS/satin nickel look, it would not look as nice, IMO. I also did a kitchen, satin nickel hardware, white appliances and ORB lighting. It looks amazing too!

A lot of people like to match the kitchen hardware with the faucet. But I think it just depends on what you like. Do you prefer the look of the chrome or the oil rubbed bronze?
