coastal to me, is the colors in the ocean.

colors you've picked are a very cool blue, some gray blue. and some of the blues are too pastel, like a nursery blue.

then I see some greenish grays (how many samples have you tried??)

what are you drawn to?

what about the furniture?

rugs? art?

wall color is only one aspect. for coastal, textures, accessories, fabrics, and colors, give that beach feel, not just a light blue wall color.

as mentioned, you're lighting is driving the colors. if you have a lot of blue/cooler light, then grays are going to lean cool, especially any blue grays.

look at BM Sea Salt. it's a beautiful neutral that you jazz up w/art, pillows, textured rug, pattern chairs, and accessories.

bring in beadboard or tongue and groove ceiling. (painted white or a soft blue) and some sort of beaded lights.

some other greige tones that make for a fine neutral palette.

layer w/textured rugs, wood accents, throws, and plants.

if you like blues, bring in blues!

The floor will be light in color and I have been tossing wall colors between light and medium blue or an off white .. .. I don’t think I can have a light color couch but I could do a Carmel color leather ..

the carmel leather w/the Sea Salt (BM not SW!) will look great. then layer in the sisal or jute rugs, the textured throws, etc. hanging plants, some really nice art work, the beaded light, will all give you the theme you want.

imagine that color with something like this. you can see how well the camel tones play. this could be more of a boho coastal.

Looks like you are pretty well starting from scratch. You might want to look at inspiration pictures on Pinterest and search coastal condo. Note combinations you are attracted to, how they complement, and especially colors.

Usually accessories, tiles, and rugs guide the paint color and then are narrowed down based on the natural light and preference for lighter/darker shades; see below (starting with paint makes it harder).

If you are in a hurry to paint, you can’t go wrong with a soft neutral and be sure to consider the undertone; ie: see differences below. Also consider your kitchen cabinet undertone in your decision.

Your bathroom will have tiles to consider and chose the bedrooms’ color based on your bedding or curtains if you already have. If not, again look at pictures to help you narrow down. Again consider light or dark shades and undertones, if you like a focal wall, etc
