Electric wall heaters -- Cadet alternatives?

I live in wooded Pacific Northwest (moderate temps usually 30F-85F), I am building a 3 room addition, part of it is a 55 sq ft office, it will half 2 walls of windows, and it will be new construction so windows and insulation will be good. I'm deciding between:

1. adding a ductless head to ductless unit that will exist in the nearby added bedroom (downsides: costly, and probably overkill for heating/cooling)

2. built-in electric wall heater (like a Cadet RMC 162W).

I've been told that for a nice new addition, Cadet might be a bit, um, junky?. Can people recommend a better installed electric wall heater brands? Hard to Google this, because all the websites seem to be sponsored.

Or is there a different heating option altogether? I have both low wall space and high wall space available. No crawl space above, however.

I also considered ducting the addition, including office, but that will raise my costs about $4K.

Thanks.
