Help with curb appeal on this ugly flat garage on this semi Eichler

This Southern California home is in need of some major curb appeal and I'm stuck! The garage is by far the ugliest part of the home and yet it is first thing you see. The interior has a mid century modern feel, somewhat Eichler style, which we love and want to play up. If we had unlimited budget, we'd pop out the front left facing area and create a typical Eichler courtyard to balance things. But that's likely not in the budget. Without doing a full remodel, what are some cosmetic changes that can be made to the front? One idea was to add a parapet and then a cool modern railing to create a deck on top of the garage. There is no livable space that would access that though, so we'd have to add an outdoor staircase to it. We could add another gable but don't want to block the windows on the gable behind the garage. Any other ideas welcome. Fyi, the house lives somewhat upside down. Street level is kitchen, master and living space. Downstairs are more bedrooms. We're on a canyon with big expansive views, which is where the heart of the home is. But we'd sure like to increase the curb appeal too. And the blue will go bye bye. We're more modern - white, black, wood, organic, natural looking.
