I do not know the brand but as I live in europe, Sweden and this is from Italy I can tell you that most ovens here are 24 inch and come with usally 2 shallow and 1 deep oventray and 1 rack as standard. It can offcourse vary from brand to brand if there are more or less but mostly come with that. After checking on whirlpool italy I think it is whirlpool.

I dont see anything specific in this video that would help identify the oven's brand, unless someone here has that exact model and recognizes it.

What I suspect however is that this oven does come with regular racks, and these are simply roasting / baking pans that fit on the rack supports. This is exactly what we offer for Lacanche for example.

This kitchen is in Europe, this is a European range. Some European ranges have solid racks vs the wire racks in North America.

Since the video is in Italian I already knew it was a European range. Since many on here do or at least did visit Europe I was hoping someone would recognize what brand it is.

The French Barn it does come with other racks as some of her videos show them. I was hoping that the slide in pan would click in someone's memory as to brand. I used to collect kitchen stuff. The more unusual or one use type thing the better. While I would have expected the pan to be used for roasting almost all of the videos showing it being used are for baking breads.

I understand your appeal for unique and unusual kitchen stuff, we do sell Lacanche after all :) We also refer to these pans as "roasting pans" but they do indeed work well for baking.

The control panels / big knob in the center look identical. Whether this particular model is available in North America, that's another question.

Thank you both for the suggestions. I will check with Whirlpool to see if it is available in the US. I had not thought that it would be an insert which makes it even better as I do not like the range top design.

In the US, everybody standardizes on commercial half-sheets for baking. And a few ovens also fit full-sheets. But since oven sizes often vary, you generally end up putting these sheets onto the rack.

In Europe, there is no such thing as a standard-sized sheet. So, you usually must buy the ones that your oven manufacturer makes. And more often than not, they slide directly into the sides of the oven cavity. So, it is very common for ovens to ship without the type of racks that you see in American ovens.

I generally think the American design works better, as it is nice that you can buy your oven sheets independently of your oven. But I also do appreciate how the European model can work really well for special-purpose cookware that perfectly fits the oven. For instance, our Miele CSO makes great use of this. It has an assortment of different steam trays and cookie sheets that perfectly fit the smaller cavity and that can be combined in different ways.
