Concrete slab not done properly. Best course of action?

We have superior basement walls and according to their instillation guide concrete should be poured all the way up against the foam insulation or you should have a piece of wood at the studs to level it against. Also the concrete guys didn’t go level in the corners so when we finish the floor we would have to add some sort of filler or the flooring would be installed properly. What’s the best way to fix this? Add new concrete on top or do they need to cut out a section and redo it? I’m afraid if they just put concrete on top it will chip up.
