I know this is an old post but I ran across this Beautiful necklace read all the comments and had to say No matter who made it DO NOT let it go! it IS worth money! and Was made for a reason/purpose which is Obvious due to the stones put in it and their healing/metaphysical/energies/meanings. Every stone on there depicts energies of Love, Protection and ability to transform negative energy to positive energy, so I would guess this was giving as a wedding or engagement gift.. I read everyone saying the heart pendant stone is dyed or fake But it is Not! it is a Beautiful piece of Mookaite and in the body of the necklace I see what appears to be Amber, Turquoise, Rhodonite, Sugulite ( comes in several shades of purple and can have bands on it sometimes the darker shades are heat treated ), what appears to be either Beeswax Jasper or Calcite, the tiny stones close to the pendant may also be mookaite as it can range in shades of barn red all the way to wine purple.. Take it to a crystal shop to help you as it helps to see the stones in person to properly identify, but this piece was made to give and wish the person nothing but Love and Loving things, protection and good in abundance in their life and possible marriage! This is a Beautiful Loving piece you have Treasure it!

I am also doing a bath in the Catarina Coliseum White and ordered several of the trim pieces. We were unpleasantly surprised when the bullnose pieces we ordered ended up being the same matte finish as the large floor tiles. I spent a lot of money on them and can't use them on my shower surround with the shiny wall tiles. No information stating this info could be found by the dealer I purchased from or by myself on the internet. As for the other pieces, the mosaics are 9 tiles x 9 tiles, filling out the same space as a single 12" floor tile. They are the same matte finish as the floor tiles. We're using this in combination with the Etruscan brown to make a "rug" in the bathroom floor. The only really weird thing is that the white mosaics have a straight edge and the brown ones are beveled all the way around. I don't know why tiles in the same line would be set up differently. There is also a quarter-round piece available, though not through Lowes. It is the shiny finish of the 10x13 wall tiles. All in all, the tiles are nice for the price, but the selection of trim pieces is severely limited. We have found that some of the carrara trim pieces out there blend pretty nicely.

I know this is an old thread.... figured I would post anyway. I have been looking at granite and quartzite. We took Quartz out of the equation. Anyway....found a quartzite I love love love called Superwhite. However, they told me that they do NOT suggest quartzite for kitchen counters at all. They said it tends to etch and stain far more than granite :(((( But then I see people here using it..... I want to just go for it...but its an expensive project to have to change out in a year or two. Any feedback on those that have used it.....

Yes, exactly. The term "white kitchen" has been around a long, long time, and when I was a kid, a "white kitchen" could include aqua Formica or floral wallpaper or red linoleum floors or whatever. Oh-kay. I'll get to work on the post. Oh, I was thinking of not specifying the house style, just specifying what it was not. When did the sanitary movement really get going? I want a house that is not late Vic, Craftsman era or early '20s--nothing near Edwardian.
