Yes, but that's a small difference from the 30w you have. You might want to bump up a little more.

Is the driver connected to a dimmer? Only some drivers support dimmers.

No. The LED driver starting buzzing just recently and led strips flickering. Not from the get go.

The proposed driver appears acceptable. You just wouldn't want to buy a lesser capacity driver.

Ditto cruise. Just get the same voltage driver, at a similar or higher amperage (or watts). The lamps will only draw the amperage they need, the extra amperage available just doesn't get used.

I bought some LED light strips, bare (without drivers); they required either 12 or 24VDC. I tried an "electronic transformer" power supply, and they buzzed, but with a real (magnetic) transformer, they didn't.

If you're talking about LED tape lights, yes. The driver matches the power requirements of the LEDs (12 or 24 volts, AC or DC) to the building power (120 volts, AC). Note that some drivers support dimming (typically from an in-wall 120 volt dimmer that supports LEDs) and some do not.
