Need advice on entryway and kitchen tiles
Comments (5)i like your metallic tiles, but not being able to see the rest of the house I can't comment on if they are too dark or too modern. some other options you could try is a black slate (these are your cheapest option) this porcelain tile in a 8x48. Jasper, matte black porcelain tile that looks like travertine. NuTraverine, this is in 'silver'. or you could do a simple hex tile and blend it like they've done here, for a more modern look.they come in black. 14" and are from SomerTile and are porcelain. Use string and a level to get their tops perfectly even and the sides perfectly straight. Use string tied to a stake like a compass to get the curves right. You won’t have to be this anal every time, but you’ve let them get lax over the years. Once these are in shape, the less formal elements like the wonderful hydrangeas and the leaning tree will all seem exuberant and fine....See More- 3 years ago
