Cost of an engineer/architect in NYC to draw plan for gas line?

We need to have an existing gas line set up to connect to a gas dryer in our house (we own the building; no coop boards, etc.), We need a licensed engineer or architect to draw a plan for this and file it with the NYC Department of Buildings. (Afterward, our own plumber can do the work.) What would such a thing cost? I already contacted the architect who drew up the plans for our renovation 25 years ago and he will not do just a simple job. Our plumber had no recommendation. Thanks for any thoughts or referrals.
