Is SW Alabaster light enough for a closet and windowless bathroom?

LKB

I’m putting in a new closet for my daughter, which means pulling down the builder grade rod and shelf and needing to repaint / repair the wall before new installation.

My entire house (minus 2 bedrooms) are Kilim Beige. It works fabulous in the main living spaces but is too dark in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Currently the closet is painted white.

I’m planning to eventually repaint all the rooms in alabaster.

Should I just stick to white (open to suggestions) in my daughter closet?

Closet system is white.
