Strikes me as too many colors - better to rethink even the door trim or do everything darker, plus putting in just one element of 'an older style' may be lost in the overall design if it doesn't naturally flow or make sense in the space. But please remember I can't see your kitchen and I'm only guessing at what you're referring to and its/their relation to other things nearby.

Personally I crave balance and harmony in my home. I don't want everything the same throughout my home, but I want something that ties each room to the adjoing rooms and repeated elements throughout the home. I think using the same flooring in the kitchen and master bath will add harmony to your home.

Your choice of white walI and cabinets is just perfect with your other choices, very clean and fresh. I think the walls and cabinets can be the same color white, but the cabinets should be a different sheen. This is not only for interest's sake, but because cabinets get handled a lot, and in a kitchen with potentially food-covered hands, and a semi-gloss can be easily wiped clean. You can even use high gloss, but the surfaces need to be in perfect condition, or the imperfections will be highlighted. For the walls you can use eggshell or satin (satin has a little more sheen than eggshell) and I would use the semi-gloss on any trim in the room such as window and door casings, moldings, etc. You can use matte on the ceiling, or if you don't want to bother with the third type of paint if you won't be using this color anywhere else, just use the eggshell or satin on the ceiling as well, your kitchen will be nice and bright. If your kitchen doesn't get much natural light or faces north or east I would paint the ceiling the eggshell or satin so that the light in the kitchen bounces around.

I'd consider the Bosch B11CB50SSS 500 Series Freestanding Bottom Freezer Refrigerator 23.5'' Easy Clean Stainless Steel which is nearly identical except for what might be more useful accessories, matches your other appliances, and costs CA$500 less. Note that Home Depot owners don't like the Bosch 500 much (and I assume their opinions would apply to the Bosch 800 too).
