The spots on the flowers are caused by the flowers getting cold and damp usually at night. If the later flowers are not affected it shows that you good conditions. Need more info? look up Botritus on google. If you are still concerned remove the spotted flower.

I'd wait until your normal pruning time. Most of the leaves in the photo of yours do not look too bad. You can cut back to the point where you see a green swelling of new growth or just let the browned leaves fall off naturally. The latter course results in naked stems which won't look great, but if you pinch out the growing point on lower branches to encourage bushiness, it will soon fill in. The extremely curled leaves on the neighbor's plant may mean that the stems themselves are too damaged to recover. Cut these back to a growth point on live tissue - might as well be done now.

I've started applying a solution of 1 gallon water, 1 tsp Pure Neem, 1 tsp dish soap, 1 tsp Potasium Bicarbonate (from a home brew store, this is supposedly even better than baking soda/Sodium Bicarb at slowing down fungus) Nothing much to report on yet, I just sprayed for the first time 3 days ago I am moving my plants (which are in grow bags) away from each other and keeping their long branches from contacting the neighboring tomato plant. Also pruning out growth out the cluttered growth in the center of the plant. I've heard Salicylic Acid/Aspirin dissolved in water sprayed on plants in their seedling stage produces an immune response which helps them to fight off disease but I don't think it does much at this point. Something to try next season. I don't quite understand why I've heard it said that this condition cannot be cured only managed. Nothing kills bacteria or fungus that can be used on plants?
