Hi friends, I am growing spinach in a greenhouse is Taos, New Mexico this winter. Daytime highs are around 70-80 in the greenhouse, and nights are in the 30's. I have a variety of cold hardy greens growing, and all are doing great, thriving even, except the spinach. I have successfully grown spinach in this greenhouse in the winter before, but last year and this year, I am having no luck. Here are some photos. I have sprayed with BT, thinking that there was some form of caterpillar eating the leaves, but no change. I would appreciate any help.
