This appears to be a panel-ready fridge, which means either you buy their panels to install or you have custom doors made and installed It has doors...just not the kind you’d like to expose.

It has doors, just no door panels. As a built-in, it is intended to have custom doors to match your cabinets as implied above.

Before buying this, be sure to understand that this a so-called "integrated" or "built-in" refrigerator that is designed to be installed flush into surrounding cabinetry. Hence its shallow depth and low capacity (only 16.8 cubic feet). It's intended that the owner will install door panels that match the surrounding cabinetry. Without those panels, it looks like this. You can also buy those $400 stainless steel door panels.

If you don't want an "integrated" model, FP make 36" standalone refrigerators complete with door panels and that have more capacity and cost less.

You’ll likely need handles as well. Not sure if the online retailer specified that or not. It’s really gorgeous and a bargain for an truly integrated (as opposed to both the built-in or basic counter depth fridge) but make sure you understand what you’re ordering.
Isn’t there a dealer in your local area? Purchase from them and you’ll get their expertise, in addition to access to their installers.
