Perhaps because I was thinking: Freshly baked bread. I would say mostly food related things: vanilla extract, fresh picked mint leaves, fresh picked thyme.

I love the smell of certain perfumes unfortunately I never know what they are and I won't seek them out and wear them but I love the smell of them.

I have a lot of orchids that smell nice as well, and I like that they are subtle. I generally do not like strong scents, and even though I may like the scent of Oriental lilies, I am extremely allergic to them and therefore prefer Asian lilies, which have practically no scent.

No to puppy breath. I do not like the smell of any animals, and especially not of their breath.

Yes to wood burning, especially mesquite on the grill.

I vaguely remember liking what it smells like after a rain, but the rain we get here is so minimal that it really does not leave much of a fragrance.

Hate the smell of coffee. Makes me nauseous. But its a top selling scent in my candles,so I can love it for that reason.

The smell of spring, and the smell of fall. Can't quantify it beyond that, just know it when I smell it. Spring smells a little wet and "green" (yes I know that doesn't make sense, but that's the best I can do), and fall smells like crunchy leaves and apples...or something.

Pigs. Yea they stink, but I think it is a wonderful stinky smell. It always takes me back to my childhood growing up. There was a pig farmer just over the hill and his pig's aroma penetrated the whole neighborhood. When we go to the county fair I always make it a point to stop at the pigs.

I love the smell of fresh air after a big rain. And strangely enough, I like the smell of moth balls! They make me think of my Grandma!

Love so many that have already been mentioned, puppies breath, a freshly cut lawn, the smell of a live Christmas tree. I love the smell of baking cookies, a freshly bathed baby, acacia wood, my mothers favorite perfume (Tabu) and the smell of my husband’s soft flannel shirts. I love to stick oranges, cloves, cinnamon and apples into a crockpot and let it simmer, the way it makes the house smell is heaven.

I recently purchased a new container of dried basil and the scent is lovely, so bright and aromatic. It reminds me of a liqueur that I drank many years ago, can't remember the name.

Elizabeth, snow and cucumbers smell alike (well, somewhat alike)? I hadn't made that connection but maybe ... will have to pay attention next time it snows ... thanks for the interesting thought!

Puppy breath and puppy paws smell like Fritos to me. I am not fond of Fritos so I guess I don't get the liking of that smell.

That reminded me of my Nan Roxsol, she used to suck Victory V lozenges.

I guess my favourite smells are roses, vanilla, jasmine, mint, lemon, orange, food cooking (except toast and hard boiled eggs) and babies heads.
