Choosing a paver color and texture

We are in the midst of the patio design and stuck on the color/texture of the pavers. We want to create an inviting and peaceful space that is easy to keep looking great. It is between two houses, ours is a pale yellow and our neighbors is a light tan. We are in FL and find that some of the manufacturing of colors is regionalized. The space is about 16' wide and 50' long..

Our preferences: We want a natural setting.. like bluestone (originally from New England) but need to have hardscape that can be placed in sand so we are on to concrete pavers or travertine. Advice has been to stick with Belgard or Flagstone pavers, we are unsure about travertine as we don't like the shine. The reds and orange pallets seem to close down the surrounding and blues, grays, cream seem to be calmer. Also, we will have cut outs of plants and a bubbling pot, but no grass in the design.
