How to cut unglazed porcelain tile?

I'm about to start a backsplash project using unglazed porcelain tile. After some research I have found that I will need to seal the tile before grouting, which makes sense, but what about cutting? Is a wet saw okay to use? Will the moisture discolor the tile? My last project used glazed tile and the wet saw worked great.
Any other tips on installing unglazed tile in a kitchen?

A good porcelain tile shouldn't be affected by water at all. A wet saw should work perfectly.

@JuneKnow interesting tip on dipping the tile. How long do you let the seal dry? They don't stick to the paper when stacked?
