Comments (2)Hi khallock. Real lighting novice here, just thought I'd share our recessed lights were installed today at 30" wall on-center, not 24". We will have upper cabinets. My GC feels 30" is better for light diffusion, including of the uppers and path through the kitchen. Comments (4)You could do cans around the perimeter and a chandy over the seating area. Or just perimeter cans and floor and table lamps. I think with a long chain style chandelier, it would look fine hung in the middle regardless of the sloped ceiling as long as it hangs level....See MoreCan I paint walls prior to stucco removal & fixing recessed lights?
