My guess is their ranges don't overlap so there aren't any...polzzies or grizlars

They do overlap and there have been some....I don't recall what they are called though.

Therefore, my guess is Polfrizzle.

Grolar (grizzly father) or pizzly (polar father). This is similar to Tigon and Liger, as described in the movie Napoleon Dynamite.

Rusty got the first one right and almost got the second one.

ETA: Naming the hybrids:

<By one convention, the name of the sire comes first in such combinations: the offspring of a male polar bear and a female grizzly would be the suggested nanulak or a "pizzly bear", while the offspring of a male grizzly and a female polar bear would be a "grolar bear" or possibly an "aknuk.">

Yay for me.......it's been a long time. I wouldn't have guessed Monday's answer, but as soon as I saw blackboard, I knew it was right. I think that helped get the brain on the right track for charcoal.
