Stop! Who owns the roads in Yellowstone? the animals, of course. First day there I was so excited to video a huge bison calmly walking down the middle of the road ... except I had the camera lens reversed, so I got a long selfie of our car interior instead!

Northern Ontario. It's mind-boggling to think of the work that had to be done to get through the rock to build the highway.

Jasdip, I love seeing all the rock when driving around. Going through the Blue Ridge Mountains with it's tunnels and rock is amazing. Closer to home, across the Ohio River, in Kentucky, the interstate goes up a long grade called "The Cut in the Hill". Everyone knows where someone is talking about when they say that. I agree that it's amazing to think what it took to cut through all those rocks!!

@JoanMN, that bridge in Jacksonville. That’s the steepest approach to the apex of any bridge I’ve been on. Felt like an astronaut tilted back, looking into the sky on lift off.
