Hi! We’ve been looking at a lot of different quartz that looks like marble and can’t decide for our kitchen! White background with gray veining. Anyone have any pictures of their favorite ones they’ve found and installed?! Thanks!

You can cantilever 3cm engineered stone up to 15" without additional support, however, on long runs, maybe more than 8', I've seen estone sag. I don't like steel-on-the-flat as cantilever support. I prefer square tube let into the cabinets that runs from the rear of the cabinet fronts through the back.

Hi, I don’t think they have to match. It’s a separate area, so anything that complements will work! As long as you select other surfaces that are in the color family, it will look nice!

If your not against this I would take down the back splash you don't need one.  I think simple backsplashes are the way to go in kitchens if at all. It feels like too much when you add that in since you already have so many elements in a kitchen the cabinets, counters, floors all different and then you add a different backsplash.  I agree with the others that the floor and backsplash clash but if you are keeping them I would go with a solid color or close to solid counter top thats simple since its the other things are busy.
