What happened to the posts? And beware the stings and bites.

Literally, all the forums got nuked? Hope they didn't loose everything...... that would be crazy.

BTW - I had the unhappy pleasure of meeting a saddleback caterpillar on a navel tree. I had seen and dispatched two previously ( a few weeks ago), but yesterday, moving the plant, brushed one. Ouch. Seems they like citrus.

Never encountered them before. Mean little stingers.

Also today, adjusting my protection for a watermelon (a 3 gal pot with a grill on top) with bricks underneath to keep of the ground... and low and behold. A big mama Black Widow. She's a beauty and I welcome her and her brood.

I just need her to grow 20 times bigger so she will eat the birds which pecked all most of my citrus. This was a half inch satsuma I found on the ground from earlier this year, that you can see all the beak cuts - which is the only reason I know what happened to my majority of my crop this year.
