Wallpaper accent wall ideas

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some wallpaper ideas for behind my piano. Any suggestions? (Planning to reupholster the bench to something more modern). Tia!

I've always read/heard that accent walls (whether painted or papered) should end on the inside corners. I'm not sure this wall is a good wall as an accent. :-(

Hopefully others will chime in soon. <3

(I partly wanted to post to bump up your thread, and also because I'm curious on the accuracy of the design information I have, lol.)

I would not take away from the piano with wallpaper. IMO picking up the dark color of the dining chairs and applying it to the wall as a background for this sheet music graphic might be a better composition.

It looks like the wallpapers that you have shown us are all over the place. I think you may want to back off and start with creating a color palette that includes the furniture, as well as bedding and flooring. I'm not big on the idea of finding wallpaper first and then designing around it.

I like faux brick wallpaper, but I think it belongs on a wall that you could imagine brick belonged there. Hello! Just an update to the original post. My 8.5 month pregnant wife and I put some sweat equity into our new home build today. Peel and stick wallpaper from the Scott Brothers collection. It was not as easy and fun as the all of the YouTubers claimed but we persevered and are happy with the result. Wife gets all the credit. Thankfully we chose an option without a repeating pattern that needed to perfectly line up. 30” base drawer/cabinet on either end of wall with stained butcher block countertop and two floating shelves planned.

I’m thinking three dark walls. This is B.M. Nocturnal Gray, but just a guess to colors in the paper. You do need some blue undertone to work with what I call the “mean” west light. My go to for west light is Patriotic White, so I moved down the strip to find something darker. This color would show great with the white crib, and you could add a white rug on the floor, and a white lamp on the dresser.

No. Change the art, the bench, or change the color of the room entirely. It's got no reason for an accent. It's a piano. : )

I like the pieces you have but a bit larger , black frames and be done. As for a wall paper I would need to see the rooms next to this to even have a clue what wall paper would work.
