Comments (2)Any succulent kept in water retaining, mostly wet soil (it looks like that in the photo) will start softening and eventually rots. If possible, it needs to be repotted in well draining media, in container with drainage holes, and watered only when just about completely dry. Comments (3)Betina Forgot to mention: give it lots of light. It is leaning to one side - I suspect it was growing in relative dark spot and started to lean toward light source.
