Ha! I don't dare call my mother to tell her that I have found yet another one, and I NEED TO STOP! I truly have NO place for them, but the challenge and learning experience with each one is just what I love. And, just maybe, I'll learn something that can bring me a few dollars when I retire, although so far, I'd hate to give up any of my 'babies'. When I start tripping over them, it'll be easier to let go. :-) On the Antique form, I got 'Jacobean Revival', and I did find an image that is very close. Now that Mary Ruth has weighed in, I see another Antique Flemish chair (link below) that is also very much like it. This one that, gulp, yes, I am buying for $45, is oak. Bargain? What do you all think? The CL seller bought it to re-do, but has never gotten around to it. She is even including the fabric that she bought to re-do, which I have not seen, but she describes as 'nice, a rich looking tapestry fabric.' A friend who is in Northern Maine until Thursday AM is picking up this chair for me in our state capitol Thursday AM and bringing it to me, as he goes right through Augusta on his trip back south. Sorry it has taken me so long to get these pictures taken and I am not a good photographer, but best I can do with my cell phone. As you can see, my one chair has channels in the back and down the arms. On the couch and matching chair they are plain cushion backs. The versions like you want to buy with the channels are more collectible. These are in my guest house, called the "Bond Bungalow" as I will eventually be placing all my James Bond movie posters and memorabilia in that room. I have a steel post daybed in there and will be using that green and orange tropical fabric laid on the couch for the daybed comforter and pillows on the couch. The walls in that room are apple green, the carpeting is gray. I have black shelves in there too. Anyway, it will be a while before I get to that room for the full decor but it is a functional guest room now with a full bath and closet. I had the furniture covered in the same textured velveteen like upholstery material and finished the wood in a dark mahogany. The big chair did have some woodwork on top of the arms, but it was broken and not repairable, so it was finished without that.

I like the appliance layout in this one but think the fridge and oven need a few more inches of space. I also think I would want cabinets where the shelving is placed. Either all cabinets wrapped to oven or cabinets and then shelving by oven. Is it possible to get small table for six and seating for four at the island....and wall ovens....then I would have it all. : ) Also, on the top view diagram where you see that 8 there is approx 6ft opening into the kitchen. There is 61 3/4 inch of space to the left. Could I put a 12 inch dept pantry cabinet there....and still have clearance behind the island?

It looks like the window is in a dormer or an add-on, and is nothing special regarding name. If there’s a patio right outside, it may have been used instead of doors for structural support or cost. Pretty room. Filmy curtains would be cute. But a quick and easy pick-me-up first might be to redistribute the furniture. You have a lot more bigger stuff on the left than the right. Maybe even remove the leaning bookcase....a reading nook where the wire chair is? IMO a small change in the furniture placement will make the window pop more, and it’s a great feature! Then dress it up. It’ll be the center of attention.
