Does Anyone Publish a Blue Book for Plant Pricing?

Is there any book or reference published that gives the range of market values for a given species of plant at different sizes? For example, a tiny Euphorbia might sell for $20 USD, but the same plant when it is a 15-foot specimen plant might cost $500 USD. If the plant is a 25 foot fully grown specimen, it might be worth $1500 USD. What I have found is that there is very little published information about the value of larger specimen plants. Does this reference exist? I have a specific interest in getting this information for larger cactus and succulents like Euphorbia.
