I have had two Aquaglass acrylic one piece units in the past, a shower, and a tub/shower combination. Will be replacing a 26 year old harvest gold (yeah, really) this summer. The only colors I see are a couple of shades of white, a couple of shades of bone, and gray. What color are you wanting? They do have the size you are looking for. You might want to browse through each page and see what colors each comes in. Like you, I seriously considered a tiled unit, but we are nearing retirement and I want something easily maintained - just don't want to deal with keeping tile and grout clean. Also, check out Kohler. Pricier, but they may have different colors. I personally do not want to ever see a shower in anything but white or bone! They will always be in style. Do your research. Brycenesbitt: We have a corner shower like the kind you are describing. It's closer to 38" instead of 36", but we don't bump elbows, shoulders or anything else. While it's in our guest bathroom, we used it ourselves for four months while our master bath/bedroom were renovated. I do realize that with curves, adding 2" to the radius makes a real difference, but I would think that a 36" would be very doable. From Bathroom My sister has a 32" square corner shower in her guest bath. And, there we can bump elbows. If we're careful, it's not all that bad -- and neither of us is what you'd call svelte! I wouldn't want to use it every day, but for a few days at a time, it's just fine.

There is a difference between the built-in SZs and the fully integrated....the fully integrated have the compressor on the bottom so they are rather tall. I'm not sure why you are mentioning that you have the depth for fully integrated since both are counter depth and don't require extra depth. Are you thinking of recessing a standard depth refrigerator into a 36" space for an integrated look, or are you looking at fully integrated models? If you are used to a standard depth refrigerator, you may want to consider going as wide as possible with any counter depth style. SZ doesn't plan for gallons on the door as it is not optimal for keeping beverages like milk at a cold enough temperature.
