Mantis, It is a 50/50 split with the club. I feel that it encourages members to bring some plants from their garden for others to share. I also find it interesting to see who favors which hybridizers. There is one person who brings many Gosssard intros and another one who favors all things ruffly. It is fun. As far as LINDA GLUCK goes, she seems to have adapted well to life out of the pot. She is above the foliage, but not her registered height. Bud count is moderate - ranging from 10 -12 per scape. Barely makes the cut for me, as I have been getting rid of the ones who are consistently in the single digits. Thank you all for the comments. Mexican Magic is registered at 5 inch but many of mine appear smaller with some larger ones. Not an EMO here. Ribbit Ribbit is a large flower at 8 inches but again typically not a EMO on chilly mornings like today at 66F. Once the temps rise it opens okay and flat. Till The End Of Time - I cannot recall it ever being a "pink" color like Carpenters photo but I could be wrong as I moved it a couple of years ago and this is what the color has been ever since.I need to go back to my other computer and check prior year photos. I finally got a picture of Samsational that shows its color accurately. It is one bright flower. I imagine it would be 'all the rage' if it were widely available in the U. S. Bob wanted Sun Giant because we saw it in Trimmer's garden in Florida. It was 4 feet tall with very large flowers. The flowers are large here too, but it obviously doesn't like our climate much. Tech Colors has finally bloomed for us. This plant started out the year very puny but seems to be making a comeback. The first Tech Colors we had turned out to be something else. Finally we have the right one. The Dentist did so well last year and then this year started out puny also. It seems to be doing better. We had a 98-degree heat factor (with actual temps near 90). The daylilies love it. Tonight will have a low in the seventies. In a few days, a low around 50. Do you grow many Simpsons? Those I have grown do not have good plant habit.
