I would look for art that is large and squarish for just over the tub portion. Then i would find a shelf or two of some kind to go over the toilet. not an ugly cabinet, but something that will fill the space but not compete with the art. What stands out to me is the outlet is in the wrong place. I'm not sure it's even to code with it that close to the sink. Our outlet is just off the edge of the vanity. Then you'd be able to place the mirror correctly by turning it vertically. The sconces also look like they're hung too high. The shades should be at eye level. Other than that, a towel bar and art over it on the blank wall.

Biggest bang for your buck will be painting the walls a non-neutral color. Then select window treatment and shower curtain to go with that. Replacing the big single mirror with two framed mirrors will warm up the space dramatically, Use rugs that match your tile to make the space look as large as possible. A couple of colorful knickknacks on the vanity top will help as well. Put a floating shelf or two above the toilet and place color-coordinated folded towels to add warmth and color.

Install LEDs in the ceiling fixture, under the hanging cabinet and above the other one to add some life to the space. Get a fun, colorful poster or art to hang on the wall at the end. Pick up the counter color in your art and any accessories you add like hand towels, etc.
